reasonable stay
beach access direct sensitive shuttle provision great water heater faulty snacks replenishment absent buggy wait long
the location had direct beach access. i really reminded me of i was in nature. the shuttle provision around the resort was great. i liked how the chalets are built into the forest it was so sensitive to the surroundings.
the water heater did not work the first day. we had to shower cold. the next day fridge and snacks were not replenished in our room. sometimes i had to wait a long time for buggy. the hotel is too big and has too many people.

high-quality food speedy buggy wonderful restaurant
The breakfast offered a huge variety of high quality fresh food. Electric buggy service was very fast and appreciated. I found the Thai restaurant provided amazing food and service.
The resort is quite large so getting around requires buggies sometimes takes a little time.

Underwhelming Stay
poor linens high costs
The resort's location was convenient, close to the cable car.
The room was subpar. The air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool, and the linens felt rough against my skin. The restaurants were overpriced and the food quality did not justify the high costs.

loud air conditioning long buggy waits
The resort is showing its age I will say that much. The air conditioning unit rattled like a banshee all night and barely cooled the room. Waiting for a buggy became a daily test of patience one I often failed.

buggy service dining options private beach outdated room crowded breakfast cleaning standard
i found the buggy service quite useful given the resort's layout. the multiple restaurants provided good dining options. the private beach access was a nice perk, offering a more secluded experience.
i thought the rooms could use some updating. the breakfast area was often crowded, less enjoyable. i noticed some areas seemed to need more thorough cleaning, especially under furniture.

Acceptable stay with SIGNIFICANT issues
old furniture faulty air conditioning
The location was fine. The grounds are pretty.
Our room was not great. The furniture was OLD and tired. The air conditioning barely worked (it just made noise).
